Email info@bencodestudio.com. Include your device, operating-system version, app version, board name, and what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Development builds
Five Boards is not yet publicly released. Test builds may change, reset local progress, contain unfinished screens, or remove provisional content.
Saved games and progress
Current progress and settings are stored locally. Removing the app or clearing its storage can remove that data. Development updates may require a reset when storage formats change.
Offline play
Implemented game modules are designed for offline play. Installing updates, receiving a test build, or opening external support and policy pages requires a connection.
Accessibility
Please report problems with screen-reader labels, contrast, reduced motion, touch targets, keyboard access, legal-move indicators, sound, or haptics. Include the affected board and screen.
Cultural and rules corrections
Corrections to rules, names, geographic descriptions, attribution, language, or source interpretation are welcome. Identify the board, the claim, and a source or community context when possible.
Response scope
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Bencode Studio cannot recover device-only progress or promise a specific response time.
