Email info@bencodestudio.com. Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, ruleset, and what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Saved matches
Matches and preferences are stored only on your device. An invalid saved match is not resumed; the app starts a fresh match instead. Removing the app also removes local game data unless your operating system preserves or restores it.
Optional ads
Rewarded ads need a network connection and may be unavailable. Closing early earns no reward. Ads are optional and never block gameplay. Advertising privacy choices can be reopened from the Privacy Policy inside the app when required.
Accessibility
The app supports reduced motion, screen-reader labels, high contrast, legal-move indicators, and sound and haptic controls. Include the accessibility feature involved when reporting a problem.
Response scope
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We cannot recover device-only progress or guarantee a specific response time.
