Acceptance
By using Ayo · Oware, you agree to these terms with Bencode Studio LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The game
Oware Abapa is always free and unlimited, with no calendar entitlement or network requirement. Each of the other three rulesets may be unlocked for one complete match with a voluntary rewarded ad. One permanent Supporter Pack unlocks all four launch rulesets, every current and future board design released for this app, removes every ad offer, and includes two free hints per match plus one optional seed-funded hint.
Optional ads
Rewarded ads are voluntary. One completed ruleset ad grants one full match in the chosen locked ruleset, for either Kofi or pass-and-play as selected before play. Ruleset-match ads have no client daily limit. Board Seeds may grant at most six rewards and Match Hint at most three rewards per local day. A 30-second app-wide cooldown begins after provider UI opens. Availability is not guaranteed, and Abapa remains playable without ads.
Supporter Pack
The Supporter Pack is a single permanent, one-time in-app purchase sold and restored through Apple or Google. It unlocks all four launch rulesets in their included play modes, every current and future board design released for this app, removes every ad offer, and includes two free hints per match plus one optional seed-funded hint. The storefront displays the localized price before confirmation and charges it once when confirmed. Restoration requires the same storefront account and ecosystem. Refunded, reversed, or revoked purchases no longer provide the entitlement after storefront reconciliation. Purchase rights, refunds, and family sharing, if any, follow storefront terms and mandatory consumer law.
Fair use
Do not tamper with saved matches, rewards, advertising callbacks, purchases, or app integrity; interfere with another service; reverse engineer where prohibited by law; or use the app unlawfully. Cosmetic rewards have no cash value and affect no competitive outcome.
Disclaimer and limitation
The app is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bencode Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and law
Material changes update the effective date. District of Columbia law applies except where your mandatory local consumer law controls. Contact info@bencodestudio.com.
