By using Ayo · Oware, you agree to these terms with Bencode Studio LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The game
Each local calendar day, the app independently selects one of its three rulesets for free unlimited play. The selection is stable for that day, works offline, and may repeat on consecutive days. One permanent Supporter Pack unlocks all three launch rulesets, every current and future board design released for this app, and removes all ad offers.
Optional ads
Rewarded ads are voluntary. One completed ruleset ad grants one full match in either ruleset not free that day. The offer may be repeated after that match ends or is resigned. Availability is not guaranteed, and the free ruleset of the day remains playable without ads.
Supporter Pack
The Supporter Pack is a single permanent, one-time in-app purchase sold and restored through Apple or Google. It unlocks all three launch rulesets in their included play modes, every current and future board design released for this app, and removes all ad offers. The storefront displays the localized price before confirmation and charges it once when confirmed. Restoration requires the same storefront account and ecosystem. Refunded, reversed, or revoked purchases no longer provide the entitlement after storefront reconciliation. Purchase rights, refunds, and family sharing, if any, follow storefront terms and mandatory consumer law.
Fair use
Do not tamper with saved matches, rewards, advertising callbacks, purchases, or app integrity; interfere with another service; reverse engineer where prohibited by law; or use the app unlawfully. Cosmetic rewards have no cash value and affect no competitive outcome.
Disclaimer and limitation
The app is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bencode Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and law
Material changes update the effective date. District of Columbia law applies except where your mandatory local consumer law controls. Contact info@bencodestudio.com.
